We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Vice Principal within our Secondary Phase and Resource Base.

The Vice Principal will report directly to the Principal and will Assist with responsibility for the leadership and management of the secondary phase.  This will include the strategic development of curriculum, continually driving up standards , relationship with the local community as well as the complex day to day operational needs.

The ideal candidate will share our determination to continue to provide an outstanding education for our young people without exception or bias. They will be enthusiastic, motivated and have a proven track record of effective leadership and management.  They will need to be high achieving and self-motivating and capable of playing a major role in further developing teaching and learning within the curriculum and standards.  The Vice Principal role requires strong people management skills, empathy and excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
